PLANNING - April 21, 2026 The Ontario Land Tribunal held a case management conference on the appeals affecting the Stewarttown Secondary Plan. The Tribunal set a 19-day Merit Hearing for the OPA 57 Appeal and Amended Appeals together for 10 am Monday, May 10, 2027. Party Status was granted to SCA and CN Rail
